Buy means an under-valued stock
Wait means a stock, fairly valued .. yet in contention if the price reduces
Pricey is a stock, over-valued and hence, not in contention yet
Penny is the scum-stock ... ones I'll stay away from for a long time
Here's a list of some I've classified as "Penny" (some changes may be done from this list on account of fundamental changes to the scrip) ... the primary reason for not investing in these stocks is the low profit levels exhibited by the below stocks

i wanted to know wether it would be profitable to invest in GE Shipping?? would it be better investing befor demerger or after demerger....my main aim is to get GE Offshore shares......
Hi Rohit,
I too would be interested in the shares of GE Offshore. The reasons being - A major focus on E&P activities by oil majors, more foreign participation in the field, and different managements will ensure maximizing of gains.
I am not interested in the GE Shipping shares as revenues and profits are expected to fall in FY2007 and FY2008. Which means, there will be broadbased selling of the stock (GE Shipping) once the demerger date arrives. There would be buying of the GE Offshore stock on the same day.
Lets buy this after the demerger.
