DSP Merrill Lynch

DSP Merrill Lynch is currently valued at 1195 rupees. The NCA of the stock is 164 rupees with a profit per year of 59 rupees. The interesting part is the good dividend payout of 24 rupees on the 10 rupees stock. This is dividend yield of 2%. I would suggest a buy when the stock reaches a price of 600 rupees. Not before.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yours is interesting too - wil definitely check out some of your recommendations.

By the way, what do you mean by NCA? Is it book value?

NCA is Net Current Assets

Total Current Assets less current liabilities converted to a per share value

theoretically, this provides a margin of safety as this is the value the company has immediate access to. (of course, this includes inventory whose value can be fudged)

I have been following a site now for almost 2 years and I have found it to be both reliable and profitable. They post daily and their stock trades have been beating
the indexes easily.

Take a look at Wallstreetwinnersonline.com

Hi, I was out blogging and found your site. It certainly got my attention and interest. I was looking for Cash Transfer information and even though this isn't a perfect match I enjoyed your site. Thanks for the read!
